Procedure

Combine components of phase A in a vessel with mixing, while heating to 65-70°C. Combine components of Phase B in a separate vessel with mixing, while heating to 65-70°C. Add phase B to phase A and homogenize with high shear mixer. Cool batch to 40°C while mixing then add ingredients of phase C with mixing. Cool to room temperature and adjust pH to 5.5-6.0 with phase D. Add phase E one ingredient at a time and homogenize with suitable mixer.
